My august challenge for you is a song lyric challenge!
I wanted to find a song about children growing up fast as I am just amazed that my grandson is already 11. Where does that time fly!?
I found the song I liked but again I don't want to hold you down to one song! So what I would like you to do is choose a song about children/a child and use some of the lyrics from it! You do not have to do a childs layout if you find a song about children with a line in it that fits another themed layout. but you must share the song in your post so I know it is a song about children.

I used Echo Park Happy Days papers and stickers for my example, available in the Paper Secrets Shop.
The song I chose was "LET THEM BE LITTLE" BY BILLY DEAN

lOVE THIS TITLE. So perfect for my little granddaughter. I will get to the challenges after I get back from visiting DD for the weekent.
Thanks Ladies! this is one of my favorite photos! one I am sure I will probably scrap again. It has a story behind it that makes it even more special to me. If I told you the story, along with those lyrics I would guarantee at least a few of you would be in tears! I cannot wait to see your layouts!

I just linked mine. It is a pic of my younger brother "practicing his skills" in the backyard before we moved from Jacksonville.
I also combined it with Brendas Page Drafts challenge, and Rochelles layered embellishment challenge.

Just uploaded my LO with the title "Moves Like Jagger" from Maroon 5. My daughter dances like crazy when that song comes on, always asking is she really is moving like Jagger!
Uploaded mine. I used Kenny Chesney's song don't blink. I used ep Sweet Day.
I just uploaded my layout. I used lyrics from Madonna's song This used to be my playground. The lyrics are "The best things in life are always free". I teach my grandkids these lyrics as they are growing up. I used Echo Park for my papers.
